Safer Together: the hotels of the Roscioli Group put the safety first.

 

Special security measures are present at The Corner Duomo Hotel in Milan. The Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge with the Hilton CleanStay program has increased the standards of cleanliness of the rooms and of all the common areas. The BW Plus Hotel Universo, the BW Premier Hotel Royal Santina, and the Hotel Raffaello have joined Best Western Italia's Special Protection program: greater protection measures for guests and staff and frequent sanitisations in all environments.

We want our guests to be able to live this new experience in the hotel at ease, without renouncing the comfort and pleasure they always have, respecting some safety guidelines for a more peaceful stay for everyone.

The staff is equipped with personal protective equipment to welcome you with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The common areas are sanitized several times a day with detergents approved by the Ministry of Health.

The rooms are regularly sanitized with detergents approved by the Ministry of Health.

Please use the hand sanitizing gel, which you find in common areas and near elevators.

Please wear the mask and respect the distance of at least 1 meter. We remodeled the lobby spaces and restaurant tables.

In the room you will not find the information material and amenities you are used to. Please ask at Reception for everything you need.

Breakfast is served at the table, we will come to you to serve you in complete safety.

You can request at the reception the safety kit consisting of: mask, disposable gloves and disinfectant gel.
